The service from most of the staff was good. We arrived late and the two young children had missed dinner. When we asked if we could get something to eat the manager was not helpful and kept saying everything was closed and suggested we walk down the street although he thought all the restaurants would be closed. Finally after practically begging on our knees he rang the pool bar and they were able to provide us with a perfectly adequate meal.

Great location, clean and well maintained hotel, mostly friendly staff (except reception), nice pool although small. Private beach relatively cheap and well looked after, sea lovely and warm (July). Restaurant staff friendly and attentive.

Frosty reception staff, lack of bar on beach (compared with other nearby hotels, this is a serious shortcoming), welcome could be more attentive, we were simply checked in and given key with no information whatsoever. Car parking is difficult as car park is small and very full, but the hotel staff will park your car for you. Minibar minimally stocked and did not match the items on slip to fill in. Wifi is very intermittent coverage, although always works inside the room - annoying to have to get a new (free) code every 12 hours

the breakfasts were enjoyable with bacon & eggs and quality coffee, couldn’t ask for anything better. the hotel had a stunning location close to ex colonia stella maris. our stay was excellent and we would stay here again.

Very comfortable bed, fine bathroom, safe box, mini-bar, and central heating provided in the room.

Had a wonderful weekend with my friends. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, always willing to help out and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We loved the private beach and the nearby restaurants. The fitness room was well equipped and we enjoyed working out there. The location was perfect as it was close to transportation links to explore the neighboring city.

The breakfast was not up to par and a bit chaotic. We also wished that the rooms were a bit bigger and had better glazing on the windows to block out the outside noise.

We had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping when our rental car broke down. The restaurant served delicious seafood dishes, and breakfast offered a great variety of options. The hotel's beach was beautiful and well-maintained. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

We had a great stay at a hotel by the sea. Best aspects were: Very close to the beach, big room with two balconies, and helpful staff. The breakfast had a wide range of options.

The lighting in the room can be quite dim, which may not be ideal for those who need bright light due to visual impairment or other reasons.
